Assets

Assets are the files your bullets use: the pictures of images, the files of file bullets, and the icons and backgrounds of pages. They are stored in ./treewrite/{filename.jsonl}/assets, next to your .jsonl file.

You add them from the asset picker of an image, a file or an icon. There you can also paste a file you copied, or drag files into the window.

Click Assets in the sidebar menu to see them all. Click one to open it. Rename updates every bullet that uses it, and Remove unused moves the files no bullet uses to the trash of your system.

To move or copy a document outside TreeWrite, take its treewrite/{filename.jsonl} folder along.
