Questions
What happens when I cancel?
Nothing is taken away. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your license keeps covering every version released until the end of the last year you paid for, forever. Versions released after that open read-only, until you buy again.
I don't like subscriptions. Can I pay just once?
Yes. Buy and cancel on the same day, and you paid US$ 59 for a license that never ends, with a year of updates.
How does the trial work?
It lasts 30 days from the first time you open TreeWrite, with every feature, and it needs no network, no sign up and no card. When it is over, TreeWrite becomes read-only: you can still open and read every document, but not change them until you activate a license.
On how many computers can I use it?
On up to 3 computers of yours, on any mix of macOS, Windows and Linux. "Deactivate on this computer", in Settings › License, frees the place of one.
Can I get my money back?
Within 14 days of the purchase, or of a yearly renewal, write to support@pinhalab.com and you get all of it back. See the refund policy.
Does TreeWrite need the internet?
Only to activate a license, check it now and then, and look for updates. Without the network it goes on working as it was. Your documents stay on your computer, and go only where you send them, as your own git repository.
