Refund Policy

The trial lets you try all of TreeWrite for 30 days before paying. If it still is not for you, or something does not work, you get your money back.

Case	Refund
The purchase	All of it, within 14 days, no questions asked
A yearly renewal	All of it, within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked
After 14 days	None. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep the versions your license covers

There are no partial refunds, nor refunds for the part of a year left.

What happens to the license

• Refunding the purchase suspends the license, and TreeWrite becomes read-only.
• Refunding a renewal takes away only the year refunded: the license goes back to covering the versions released until the end of the year before, forever.
• Either refund also cancels the subscription, so nothing is charged again.

How to ask

Write to support@pinhalab.com from the email you bought with. You can also ask Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net. Paddle returns the money to the way you paid.
